Delighted with the advice, service and installation of our new boiler from Greg and Tony. From our first call to the office to the day of installation we were convinced we had made the right decision to proceed with Gasworx to install our system especially as many other "professionals" had told us our requirements could not be met! If I can set O star feedback, I will do it. I send request for gas boiler service and wait for 3 days, nobody replied. After I call personally, some lady told me, that they service ONLY boilers that they installed. Nothing bad with that, but this should be mentioned on the web page , so the people like me won't lose the precious time. :-(

Greg was great, although it was one day job and I needed some extension due to getting additional permission from management company, Greg moved it to another day. Would recommend to anyone looking for boiler replacement. I surely can vouch for quality of service and punctuality

Greg took my initial query, presented options, quotations and lead time. Helped me with some extra works I need it done on the heating system. After 22 years its was time to replace our boiler. I started my research of Boilers and installers and used Google and Facebook reviews to see who got good feedback, one company kept popping up during my research and that was Gasworks.ie.So I rang their office and the the lady got Greg to give me a call, which he did and actually called over to me on the same evening. Greg arrived and assessed the layout of the house and the number and types of radiators fitted and he recommended a Worcester Bosch 18kW boiler with 10 year warranty and I also went with a Hive Thermostat fitted. Greg got the quote out to me the next day via email and accepted it online, and a day or so later I got a text and email of the installation date.Greg arrived on time on the day and worked non-stop throughout the day first removing the old boiler, preparing the pipe work and flushing the system and fitting the Boiler and the Hive Thermostat. His work was top notch and he cleaned up everything afterwards, even removing the old Boiler and fittings. Greg even went the extra mile to sort out an issue we were having with the immersion tank. We now have nice warm radiators and have a nice new reliable and efficient boiler for the long winter ahead.So overall I am delighted that I went with Greg and the Gasworks.ie team, they are extremely professional, competitive and friendly and if your in the market for a new boiler or any of the other services they offer, give them a call you won’t be disappointed!
